Ronnie Robinson Selected for 2026 National Apartment Association Diversity Leadership Program
Ronnie Robinson (formerly Pierce), Leasing & Marketing Manager for WPM’s Multifamily Division, has been selected to participate in the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) Diversity Leadership Program Class of 2026.
The Diversity Leadership Program is a yearlong leadership development experience designed to support emerging leaders in the rental housing industry through mentorship, education, and peer collaboration. Each year, NAA selects a small cohort of up to 15 professionals nationwide.
Ronnie was selected following a rigorous application and recommendation process completed in September 2025. Selection reflects strong leadership potential and a commitment to continued growth within the multifamily industry.
From March through November, participants engage in virtual education sessions, facilitated discussions, mentor meetups, and collaborative small-group project work. The program concludes with a capstone project presentation and graduation, where participants share solutions focused on advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in rental housing.
Ronnie’s participation in the program aligns with WPM’s ongoing commitment to developing strong leaders and investing in the professional growth of its Associates. We’re pleased to see Ronnie recognized at a national level and look forward to the perspective and experience she will bring back to WPM and our clients.
